From your subreddit list, tap the "i" icon on the subreddit you wish to remove to access the sidebar and select Unsubscribe.
Or, select the subreddit list at the top of the screen and then select "Manage Subreddits" and tap the delete icon next to the subreddit you wish to unsubscribe from.
