The widget has two options to show time.
1. To show the time for the location shown in the widget
2. To show the time that is there on your device.
You can toggle between these settings in widget settings.
Open 1Weather -->Menu -->Settings -->Widgets.
Select the widget you want to customize, and toggle on/off the 'show time at location' setting.
