How do I change the notification bar temp color?

For Android 4.0 and older, tap the menu and access "Settings" and then tap "Notifications” then tap "Temperature Color."

You can select between Blue, Black, and White.

Android 5.0 and up only support a white notification ass part of their 5.0 changes, Google now only allows white icons in the notification bar and dark on white backgrounds.
