To "Jump to Top" on your Android phone, simply press the icon of the section you are in (ex: timeline = the bird icon, mentions = the @ symbol, etc.).
To "Jump to Top" on your Android tablet, please click on the "All Tweets" icon when in timeline, mentions, favorites, and my tweets options.
