To create a brand new SmartList, tap “Add a List”, select “Create TweetCaster SmartList”, enter a name and (optional) description, then click “Next”. When prompted, select “Search for people”. Then enter a search term and tap the search button. TweetCaster will return a list of Twitter accounts related to your search term. Use the checkboxes to add people to your list. Click “Save” when finished.
