Hi great app by the way. One question I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use instapaper. Please tell me. Might be worth including it in your FAQ because I have seen the same question elsewhere a few times when googling it without answer. Thanks

Sorry forgot to say the app is Tweetcaster, doh!
Thank you for the post. Please feel free to go out to Instapaper's website (www.instapaper.com) and then create an account by clicking on the "create a free account" link. Once your account is created then you will have access to save Tweets with links, pics, vids, etc. and save them to Instapaper by clicking on a tweet and then clicking on the link and selecting "Read Later with Instapaper". Once you do this you can go back out to www.instapaper.com and log in to view the links you choose to save and read later. If you have any further questions please let us know.
I'm using Tweetcaster in both my Android phone and my iPad. I would like to make a suggestion for the iPad version concerning color options or themes. The links, hashtags and mentions within tweets on the iPad version are in gray text on a gray background, and the lack of contrast makes it very difficult to read. Tweetcaster for Android has themes available and, despite the much smaller screen size, it's actually easier to read because of the contrast in the dark theme that I'm using there. It would be great if some color customization were available for iPad too, either themes or selectable colors.
Thank you for the post. I can assure you that we are working on bringing customization with colors and themes to the iPad version. We do not have a set release date but it is being worked on. We appreciate you taking time to post your suggestions with us. If you ever have any further questions, suggestions or issues please let us know.
Greetings & Salutations!
TweetCaster for Android v4.3.
When I hit the Who to Follow button, the list comes up in french with all suggestions pointing to .fr, I am in Canada not France. How can I correct this?
Thank you for the post. We apologize for any inconvenience. I have submitted your issue to project management and we will be further investigating as to what possibilities could be causing this. Please let us know the model of cell phone you are using along with the version of TweetCaster.
Hello, I am using FriendCaster, I cannot reply or create messages. It re-directs me to the web version(?) which is where I am signed in with my other account. I can read messages sent to me, but I cannot reply or create. How can I fix this? Thanks!! <3 the app btw!
Hi, Erin. That is correct, FriendCaster can't natively reply to messages at this time, but will redirect you to the mobile web version to do so. The Facebook API doesn't have a provision for messages and we're looking for other ways to enable them, but what you are describing is the expected behavior right now.
Ok, thank you!! =)
With Friendcaster, when I go to share a picture and select Friendcaster as the destination the resulting dialog box where you select the Facebook folder has the text color and background color both being "White" I can't see what is being selected? Is this me or an oversight on the programming side???
What kind of device are you using, what version of Android and are you using the latest version of FriendCaster (v3.20.2) that was released today, or an earlier version?
I have the latest Android 3.2.1 on an ASUS Transformer and the latest Friendcaster that was released today. It was happening before today and I re-verified that it was occuring hoping this latest update fixed it. Like I said the pull down in this box which selects the destination folder has white text on white background. I will try and get a screen shot if I can post images to this forum.
Attached is screen shot of this occuring! Where window overlaps background you can slightly see the text..
Darren, I just wanted to check in and let you know I've reported this to our development team and they're investigating.
Thanks! I am pretty techy and couldn't figure a reason for this to occur. I really like the product as it is the only real Facebook app on Android including using full FB on the default browser..
Hi, I have TweetCaster on my Android phone. How do I use Twitlonger so I can write more than 140 characters? Thanks :-)
@Darren - haven't forgotten you - we're still looking into your tablet issue.
@Enjoli, when you have a post that exceeds the limit, when you go to post it should prompt you that you are over the limit and ask if you would like to use TwitLonger.
Today I noticed that I was getting a forced close on com.android.acode when I tried to add a contact or edit a contact that was joined to my Facebook. The problem went away when I removed the Friendcaster sync option and deleted synced data. Any suggestions? Running FriendCaster Pro 3.20.2 Pro on a Nexus S 4G.
@Christopher, have you tried restoring the FriendCaster contact sync? I checked with our development team and they said it's possible that it may function correctly when restored.
@Darren - your tablet issue is still open, also.
@Eric H. What do you mean "restoring the FriendCaster contact sync?" I've recently wiped all data and reinstalled the app and was still getting the error.
@Christopher, based on your original post, I thought you had just turned off FriendCaster in accounts and sync, not completely removed and reinstalled the app. We'll have to do some more investigation on that one.
@Eric H. - Turned out to be an issue with Google+ 2.0.0 causing the problem. Uninstalled Google+ and reinstalled the previous version and it's working fine now. Sorry to misplace blame on this one. :)
@Christopher - thanks for the update! I'll pass the info on to the development team. This will also be helpful in troublehsooting should an customers report this behavior again in the future.
I am trying to create a list using tweetcaster pro on my htc thunderbolt. I keep getting a 403 forbidden error. What am I doing wrong?
@Linda, can you provide a little more info as to where in the list creation process you are receiving the error message?
hello. friendcaster seems to have very big fonts on galaxy tab 7.0. any option that would make the fonts smaller? also, in my pages, the screen looked too cramped. do guys have the version prior to 4.0? i can provide screenshots if needed.
would be nice to have a "mentions" button in the profile page. twitter's native app have this. this would save us from doing the search. thanks!
@dennis - screenshots would be very helpful. If you could send to email@example.com we'll get them to our development team for investigation.
The next update of TweetCaster will have significantly enhanced mentions functionality, including mentions of the user on their profile page. The update is in final testing and should be available in the next few days.
I finally got the 5.1 update of Tweetcaster Pro and was wondering if anyone else have had any issues with posting tweets over 140 that fails to go through? It use to use twitlonger, now nothing! Am I missing something like a settings? I called myself looking. Thanks!
