Please feel free to uninstall the Facebook application from your device > go into TweetCaster and click on the Facebook sign in > sign in, if allowed. If allowed, please re-install Facebook back to your device, if not, please let us know. Some users who have been encountering this issue did not have the most current version of Facebook. If you do have the current version of Facebook mobile and are still encountering this issue, try this:
Please validate that you are NOT logged in via Facebook mobile web. If so, please logout and try and log back into Facebook through TweetCaster. If the issue persists, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the model of cell phone/device you are using along with that phone/device's operating system version so we can further test.
