When I log in with my Twitter account, the app gives me an oAuth authentication error and shows no Tweets.

Close TweetCaster completely and reopen it. This will force the app to authenticate. To do this, close the app. Then double-click the iPad button to show your recently used apps then flick TweetCaster up and off the screen.  Then try relaunching TweetCaster.
